Policies and Procedures

*Due to the nature of handmade items we do not refund. We will allow a store credit or an exchange of equal value in case of defect or sizing issue. A 20% restocking fee is required upon safe arrival of said item in cases of error and is issued at owner's discretion.

*Processing time can vary from one to six weeks. I am a stay at home mother and issues can arise preventing me from finishing an item quickly. 

*If there are any concerns please feel free to contact me! I will get back with you as soon as possible! 

*I am not responsible for lost items through the postal service.

*Any hardware (buttons, snaps etc) is subject to change or be different depending on availability. Fabric placement may vary depending on availability of fabric. Some of these pieces are vintage and cannot be replaced!

*Please launder with extreme caution! It is always best to test in small, inconspicuous areas first and take special precautions to avoid colors from running. I am not responsible for mislaundered items or discoloration while in your care.
